SHIPPING & Returns policy

1. Shipping

1.1 Shipping Areas

REAL FANS SPACE CANADA currently ships orders to:

  • Canada

  • United States (if applicable)

  • International (if applicable)

Shipping areas may be updated at any time.

1.2 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within:

  • 1 to 3 business days (processing & packing)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

1.3 Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination:

  • Canada: 2 to 7 business days

  • United States: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 7 to 20 business days

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, season, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

1.4 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • package weight,

  • delivery address,

  • selected shipping method.

Occasional promotions (e.g., free shipping) may apply.

1.5 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with:
✅ a tracking number
✅ a tracking link

1.6 Customs & Duties (outside Canada)

For orders shipped outside Canada, additional charges may apply:

  • customs duties,

  • local taxes,

  • import fees.

These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by local authorities.

1.7 Incorrect Address / Undelivered Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect/incomplete address,

  • failed delivery attempt,

  • or refusal,

the order may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn,

  • unwashed,

  • in original condition,

  • with original tags and packaging.

❌ Items returned damaged, incomplete, or used will not be eligible for a refund.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returned:

  • underwear / socks (if opened),

  • customized or personalized items,

  • sale / clearance items (if applicable).

2.4 Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at [support@realfansspace.com], including:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to return

  • Reason for return (optional)

  1. We will send you the return address and instructions.

⚠️ Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

2.5 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where:

  • the wrong item was sent,

  • the item arrived damaged,

  • or the issue was due to our error.

2.6 Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted depending on product availability.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be offered.

2.7 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method,

  • within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

3. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • damaged,

  • defective,

  • or different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • a photo of the item,

  • your order number.

We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
